By accessing our website and booking a stay at Solara Haven, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the first night's stay.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM local time. Check-out time is 11:00 AM local time. Late check-outs may be requested but are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Solara Haven is a smoke-free property. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms with prior approval and an additional cleaning fee. Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful environment for all visitors.
Solara Haven is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your stay. Use of resort amenities, including the pool and spa, is at your own risk.
